Choosing your Lot
All of our Lots are premium 1st choice properties. All are Walkout lots and back open space. I personally design each custom home to be perfectly mated with the lot it is built on.
Beginning the Architectural Design Process
I will show you numerous completed homes and plans to help you realize your needs and desires. Understanding how you currently live versus how you want to live! I specialize in unique and functional open floor plans. Maintaining expansive views, protecting privacy, and natural lighting of the entire home are only a few of the elements considered. I do not design or build square boxes.
Producing your Custom Home Plans
I am not only the Builder but the designer as well! This insures that the continuity of the design is maintained from Concept to Creation! I will personally work with you on a one on one basis in designing your dream home. I have never built the same house twice and never will. This guaranties you will receive a one of a kind, true custom home. No two homeowners have the same needs and no two properties have the same opportunities… That is also why we do not build spec homes.
Completing Plans
We will price out your Custom Home with all your amenities providing you with a final sales price for your dream home. We do not do cost plus contracts where you have no idea what the final price will be. All homes are bid out individually giving us the opportunity to negotiate the best possible pricing from our suppliers and subcontractors.
Breaking Ground
Construction begins and completes on average in 10 months. Our goal is for you to grow along with your dream home. Your final selections are needed one by one as construction progresses. You will be able to walk into your home after it is framed up and stand in the master bedroom with your tile selections in hand. This selection process allows you to fully visualize the finished product. We give you the time to feel 100% confident in your decisions. We have a walkthrough with each of the suppliers and subcontractors before they began. This provides an opportunity for you to make changes throughout the entire building process.
Timing
We know that your time is valuable. We have an established process to streamline your time required… only approximately 20 meetings are necessary! They are spread out during the building of your home. Our suppliers and contractors are extremely efficient and have a wealth of knowledge. They will assist you in making all of your decisions and choices.
