Issa and I wanted to sincerely thank you for the hard work and dedication you gave to us in building our home. From the minute we started on this project til the day we moved in, the process of building this home has been a wonderful and a rewarding experience because of you and the professional work you instill in each job. The purpose of this letter is two-fold. First and foremost, we want to emphasize our sincere gratitude to you as our home builder. Second, and more importantly, we hope that future home owners will read this letter in attempt to discover the type of home builder you are, and after reading this they will realize that you are the company they should use and trust.
Looking back almost three years ago when we first broke ground, my vision as well as Issa's of our new house fails tremendously in comparison with the home we now live in. It is incredible the mount of time and energy that's spent in building a home, but you always seemed to go above and beyond that. Issa and I had a sense about the way our home was being built that was very comfortable and relaxing. The entire process can be very overwhelming and hectic at times, yet we always felt you were on our side - almost as if you were looking out for us. I am sure not many people can claim that about their custom home builder.
Beyond the trust and respect we have for you and your company, Issa and I want to convey more than anything how impressed and thrilled we are about the product of the home you build for us. Sometimes, we sit in the family room and just revel about the perfection of our home; it is truly amazing. With that in mind, its a bittersweet ending since we are moving and no house will ever compare to the one that you built for us... it will always be the home of our dreams! It is unbelievable to realize that our home, the one with all the glamour and perfection you put into it, has made such an impression on us and will still remain a part of us forever. For almost three years now we've had allot of different people visit our home. Everyone is completely amazed at the work and obvious care you took in constructing this home. There are home builders and then there are truly custom home builders. Without a doubt, you are the latter of the two. You gave us our dream.
Probably the best compliment Issa and I could give you is to let you know that when we do build our second home it will be only with you (even if we have to bribe you to come to California). You are extremely knowledgeable and professional - two words we believe are the key ingredients to a successful custom home builder.
